SHIPPING RATES

Greece / Standard Shipping: €5.00 / For orders above €100 : Free Greece.
Cyprus / Standard Shipping: €10.00 / For orders above €150 : Free Cyprus.

Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. The courier company we are working with is Elta Courier Services. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-5 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us to ensure a faster delivery method. In this case, you will be burdened with the extra cost of expedited delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping rate varies according to your Country.

Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Terms and Conditions

  • Next Day Delivery Service is available for most areas of the Attica region.
  • Next Day Delivery Service is offered without charge for all orders of 250,00 Euros and above.
  • For orders less than 250,00 Euros, the charge for the above-mentioned service is 5,00 Euros per order.
  • In order for the order to be processed for Next Day Delivery the payment must be completed online via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
  • The service is not available for orders where the chosen method of payment is Cash on Delivery.
  • Next Day Delivery service is available for orders completed by 15:00 of the previous working day.
  • If the chosen method of payment is Bank Transfer, the receipt of bank transfer must be sent to our email address info@oceaniacollection.com by 15:00 of the previous working day.

Delivery days and hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00-18:00 (Excluding Public Holidays)
In case the order is not delivered due to the absence of the address, the order will be forwarded to our affiliated courier company for delivery. (Please note: The 5,00 € charge for Next day Delivery is NOT refundable.)
